Dizziness

I have found myself getting dizzy easy the last couple of days after eating. Like I had a high protein lunch about 3-4 hours ago, took a poop and now am shaky and dizzy again. Any ideas?

I hear dumping can happen 3-4 hrs later...I see it was a high protein lunch, but what about fat content, that can cause dumping....also eating too fast....

Hmmm - fat content wasn't too bad - not much higher than what I normally eat...I was in kind of a hurry so I did eat a little faster than usual. It didn't feel like normal dumping - but anything is possible...thanks for the thoughts!! :-)

Yes, it is common. I haven't done my research nor did I ask the surgeon/RN but I blame it on the nutritional imbalance.

Good question to ask the surgeon next appointment!
