Tried Benito chips. They are good but gave me a Fiber gut ache.

I've heard of them but couldn't find them around here! Thought of ordering them.

I have not posted on here in months. Thought I'd come back to share my progress. I'm at my original goal weight. 140lbs. Here is my before 258 and current. I would like to drop another 20lbs.

I am struggling with my food I want to eat all the time. I keep looseing and regaining the same 2-3lbs. Once I get over this sinus infection I plan on making some more changes.

Great job on your loss! I fluctuate between the same 3 lbs as well and have for awhile too! Gets old but I am thankful for the 132 I've lost so I shouldn't complain.

Gahhhhhhh today was a day of eating!

I had 2 days like that last week! Never had happened before and was scary! Usually I'm not hungry at all and could care less if I eat. Hope it doesn't become a regular thing or I'll be in trouble! ;)

I am feeling very frustrated today! The scale is not moving at all and I am out of ideas! I know we stall but honestly, today I'm over it! Maybe I'm done losing but I hope not. Can't wait for this back to heal so I can exercise cuz I know that would help. I eat right, drink Water constantly and get my Protein in. I should walk but it's been too cold, and I'm super afraid to slip and fall. I can't drive yet to go to the mall and walk either. Sorry for the self pity. I'm having an off day! Thanks for listening friends.

I understand. I'm stuck in my first real stall since surgery - three weeks with no movement. And I can't wait for spring so I can walk outside again. It's going tho be a long, long winter! :-p

Hang in there Dorian! :-)

Sounds like we are all in the same boat. Sorry several Of us are struggling but happy I'm not alone. I went a little crazy over Xmas. Broke all sorts of rule. I've been working to be back on track and doing ok with that but still just want to eat and eat. And it seems I'm able to eat much larger quantities! Scares the hell out of me!! The scale is not moving even when I'm doing everything that would have worked before. How to get back in charge and the scale moving??!!

Maybe it's the 9th month curse??

I can also eat a lot more than before. Usually i am very good and stick to my meals and up my Protein and dont snack.< /p>

Just dont know what went on today.

I try not to keep any junk around. It's been hard to eat properly this past week. Either not eating at all, or eating fattening foods. Didn't weigh..don't care right now.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
