Hope everyone feels better soon! I hard some bad days but backed off to liquids for a few days and then felt better. I think in my case I pushed the foods too quickly at the beginning.

Meatloaf sounds good. Think I will make that tonight. I use the recipe on the back of the Lipton Beefy Onion Soup mix box. My family loves it and it is easy.

Girl, I have been stuck on 274 for two weeks now. I don't know how it happens when were only eating appx 700 calories a day. I'm two months post op, I thought I'd thought I would've lost a bit more than 45 pounds.

oh well, its not a gain...

So I had an appt with my pcp today. Here I thought I was doing well and he says he expected me to be Down more pounds. :( it was kind of defeating. So needless to say my 45 minutes on the treadmill or bike is getting doubled starting now.

Update on Gallbladder scan....no stones but i got sludge in there. They called it biliary dyskinesia. Have only had very mild left side pain. Dr. said the sludge "could" turn to stones. I don't know what to do??? Should i get it out or wait and see if stones do form? Also, unrelated to gallbladder. Today my pouch is grouchy and crampy....first time since surgery i've had cramps in my pouch that were this uncomfortable.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
