Phase 2 a.k.a mushy food

Hey is there anyone out there transitioning from the liquid diet to the mushy food having issues getting up to 600 calories per day what are some of the tricks and tips that you have to get there?

Refried beans, eggs, spinach in blender & add feta cheese & microwave, yummy. I didn't have to put eggs, fish including crab & scallops, or cottage cheese in a blender so those are my staples. Good luck!

All of these are considered full liquid?

Here is the protein powder I have been using combined with fat free flavored yogurt and a cup of water. "Body Fortress" Super Advanced Whey Protein. One scoop = 140 calories, 2 g of fat, 8 g carbs, 26 g of protein. I find I don't get hungry between shakes and you can find it at Wal Mart for $15.95.

Oh, sorry. Chocolate.
