One of those CRAZY nights

I hate it when the anxiety and depression come out of nowhere. Hormonal changes from surgery make me feel like I need to be in a straightjacket sometimes

Hope you feel better! Tanning does help. I think I need a few doses.

me too on the tan or vit d or the straight jacket, right now I wish I had a hammer to knock myself out. this only sleeping about three hours is nuts. Four o'clock in the morning I am up, and I didn't go to bed till one.
