Unable to exercise after Gastric Bypass RNY

Good Morning ...I am having issues with getting enough exercise after my surgery I am 2months post op and have a knee that needs a replacement it is keeping me from walking like I need to also using my staionary bike ...my weight loss is really slow because of it ...anyone have any suggestions that may help me ???

Do you have anywhere to swim? Swimming is good exercise and is easy on the knees.

Look into gentle yoga and water aerobics.

Any non bearing weight exercise would be perfect for you.
