There are a couple of ladies I work with that have gotten holes in their bands and no longer are able to get fills. Is this a common occurence or is their Dr. (they have the same fill dr) just not paying attention?

I've never heard of a hole in the band itself, but you can get a leak where the tubing enters the port. It's pretty easily fixed.
