I just posted about this!!! I know I'm eating way less than before' date=' only 200-300 calories for a whole meal but I'm wondering how I can eat so much. Everyone else seems to hardly eat at all.[/quote']

I wish I knew why we can eat so much more then others. I know it varies by individual and the choices we make but still ... sometimes it makes no sense to me. Live and learn, I guess.

I haven't tried s'mores but I have had a toasted marshmallow. If you have just one it shouldn't be enough sugar to dump on unless you're really sensitive.

Wow! I get like 1' date='000-1,200 calories in a day EASILY! Is there something wrong with me?? I have to reevaluate what I'm eating. I know I'm eating more carbs than I probably should...[/quote']

I think I am eating too little. I just can't stand the thought of anything so all I eat is my Protein for the most part. The only carbs I get is I do have one small piece of fruit daily or a small vegetable I haven't had any bread, Pasta or rice. They are trigger foods for me so I decided not to bring those back. Id like to get my calories up to 800 but haven't been successful yet.

Maybe buy some sugar free Hershey bars. Toast a marshmallow and use it with the sugar free candy. I'd really try to limit it to one though cause that could be rough on the gut. Maybe buy a bag of the sugar free candy, take 2 of the mini bars camping and put the rest of the bag in the freezer at home so you're not tempted to overdo it.

I'm trying not to eat alot of carbs cause they're a trigger for me. These tortillas only have 5 net carbs which is really good. I have another package of whole wheat tortillas in the pantry and they have 25 net carbs.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
