Your Surgeon or Dietitian should of given you one. I'm only six weeks out so all i eat is lean meat, low fat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, low fat cheese, eggs, sea food, fish, and everything that was on my clear list.

Dr's are different. Mine said ground meats with no restrictions at 6 weeks and at 7 I started lunch meats. I can't have uncooked veggies or anything with a peel. I'm not supposed to eat anything with large seeds. That's it. So, her dietitian might have given her one, but it might have been as ambiguous as mine. I'm constantly messaging and asking questions. Oh and my list said, "pineapple, prunes, dried fruits and high sugar can cause dumping. Use with caution" or something to that effect.

I won't even getting any of those for a long time. I can try cooked green Beans, mushrooms and carrots. But as far add fruit not for sometime down the road. But it also will have to be lower carbed fruit. Like i said if its not on my list i just know u can't have it. As far as seasonings as long as its low in fat and sugar then i can use it.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
