I’m going to make some toast - since dairy is not on my plan I’m using a stick of butter flavored crisco - I hope it doesn’t get stuck.

Lol

LOL! People shouldn't post their "bad choices" on a public forum? First off I wouldn't really consider this public, and secondly when did you or anyone else start handing out "rewards"? I sure haven't seen any. Some of us just want to see what's for dinner. Keep your criticisms to yourself. Try your best to be kind and if you don't agree with someone's food choices keep it to yourself. That's all.

People shouldn't post there bad choices on a "public" forum. I certainly don't post my poor choices I am far from perfection.

If I did then I deserve comments and constructive critisim from my peers for sabotaging my WLS. When did we start rewarding people for failure?

If a person has a issue ( i.e., trigger, trauma or whatever makes he/she eat) they need to seek help. WLS is a tool not a therapists. Many people slip through the cracks or manipulate the system to get this procedure only fail because of an unresolved underlying issue. I have been positive and helpful on this forum for over 390 posts. Just because I think some of these comments are humerous, sarcastic and funny does nor make me a bully, judgememtal or degredating. Maybe the sensitivity button should be turned down a knotch or maybe some need to laugh about themselves occasionally?!

Blue bunny no sugar added ice cream. 1/2 cup 140 cal 5g sugar 7g sugar alcohol. .... My mom bought it for me and its been sitting in the freezer for a week. Is it ok to have??

I had it the week I was allowed on full liquids. It didn't bother me but now it's still in the freezer 4 months later & I'm not interested in it anymore (nor Jello or sf Popsicles)

Oh how I do believe your eating this since you haven't lost weight on your 6 month diet and you still need the surgery. Come on girl! Your not sitting there eating carrots and celery. I picture you sitting at the desk with your computer eating a thing of dip/chips and a large coke. But dont get so jealous of all of us that have had surgery. Your time is coming in June right? Hang in there only a few months.

Ok I get it- y'all are having some great sarcastic fun and or arguments...can we PLEASE move on now?!?! It's getting to be old and some of us are still at an early stage where some of the stuff you're posting really does sound good - but is why many of us are here in the first place. If you don't care to know what people are eating, please either move on to a different thread or just keep reading and make the sarcastic jokes to yourself. Please and thank you and peace out!

I guess blocking ppl only works on the web version and not the app. *sigh* Last night I had yogurt with blueberries, strawberries and granola.

Anybody have any ideas on what to do with frozen salmon filets?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
