Try the new Special K Protein water.

It has 50 calories and 5 grams protein for 16 ounces. I have only tried the lemon burst . I bought single serving in the lemon and fruit blend flavors to try in "bottle water section" at my Walmart. $1.5o each !! Ouch. I'm worth it. I used to spend way more at Walmart on my junk food. Noticed in diet section they have 4 packs for I think $5.58.

I am totally addicted to these, but only the tropical flavor.

I wouldn't say good, but they ain't bad. But only 5 g of protein per BOTTLE.

They have sugar. Too much for my taste/diet. They are good, but you can sure taste that sugar.

I wasnt really fond of them, but if youre on a liq diet, and need protein..I tried the strawberry kiwi one and it had a weird aftertaste
