33 days and counting!!!! Excited beyond words, dreading starting the liquid diet in 2 weeks. Who else is looking to change their lives in February?????

I got my approval from the insurance. I'm hoping my date will be in February too. I received my approval letter from my insurance company and it said Feb 15th on there, but my dr hasn't actually given me a date yet. I meet with him Jan24th.

End of February/beginning March for me! I am so excited I cannot wait! Will be going to Vegas in July for vacay and I will be so much slimmer by then.

My doc uses HMR shakes. Since I've done this rodeo before, I've tried about everything and seem to dislike his less than I dislike others so I'll continue to use his. Do insurance companies always send an approval letter?

I don't think all insurance companies send them out to patients. But I'm not sure.

That's awesome!! Me too. Although I'm in South Africa so I will technically have my surgery done quite a few hours before yours. But never the less, we gonna have the same surgery date! So much excitement.

I have my 4 hour class the 22nd, and my 2 week liquid diet starts the 28th. I'm more nervous about those two weeks than the actual surgery. Anyone else start that day that will be a crabby beotch with me for 2 weeks?

I started about a week ago and do that till the 4th then Clear liquids for 2days. i'm doing whey tech right now. I have to use 2 scoops to get the right protien I am going back to designer whey though because it is 100% pure isolate(sp?) Whey. Nut says that's the best whey but I will still have to do 2 scoops to get in my protien. Are you on shakes yet?

I don't know about the rest of ya but I am going stir crazy!!!! I am so not a fan of wishing your life away but come on February!!!!!!!
