Me too!! Does that make us horribly vain? Well, if it does, SO BE IT! I'm more concerned about this than I am about getting in all my Protein, liquids, etc. Maybe because it's completely beyond our control??

Protein helps keep hair loss to a minimum I was told

I kept my Protein intake up around 100 grams a day and had no hair loss. A dermatologist told me the hair loss is a protein deficiency. The Biotin seems like its working because it helps to thicken the hair and make it stronger. To minimalize hair loss most definitely increase your protein intake

Thank you, ladies! I'm going to make it a point to keep my protein up.
