Morning Teas... Coping Strategies?

HI all. I'm having a dilemma. Every week at work we have a morning tea - and these are epic morning teas. I've been ok holding off so far (preop midway through week 2 of a 6 week preop diet) but its the leftovers that just sit there all day that I am having issues with. they stare into the back of my head. I am popping listerine strips and sucking on my strawberry iron pills to distract myself, but too much of either isnt a good thing either... Anyone have good coping mechanisms for these pre-op temptations?

I bought sugar free werthers candies and sugar free gum for times like that. The caramel apple and cinnamon coffee is very good!
