Had Surgery On Tues 23Rd Oct

Hi had my surgery this week and I'm getting by but I feel so emotional today day 4 after surgery, anyone else feel this way??

Yeah it does thanks I'm trying to avoid sugar like the plague at the moment I'm scared of being sick lol iv read I can have Horlicks light it has sugar but it's low in fat it's nice to chat to someone who has had the same op makes you feel better xx

The 23rd was my surgery also. Even though its only been 5 days...I feel like I've been drinking liquids forever!! Looking forward to "Soft Foods" soon!
