So, I was thinking, how fun would it be to have a monthly pen pal? Someone new each month to send a box of goodies or things that you have found helpful. It is something that I have been thinking about for sometime now and would like to get started. There would of course be a spending limit and some general rules but I wanted to get a feel as to if anyone would be interested in participating.

I understand that feeling. You have chosen a Dr that you believe has your best interest at hands, so you will do good. This is a hard decision that we have all fought with. But imagine the benefits after the struggle. I'm 4 days Post-op and I struggled today with it being Easter. But a lady reminded me that we just need to stick it out this time and next year we will be good. I'll give you my email if you would like. Best of Luck and you can do it.

Besides finding out where everyone is from. We can chat about what WLS we had and when. That way it would help anyone creating a goodie box on what to put in it. What do you think?

hello... i'd love to do the pen pal goody box thing too. I did the pen pal thing few months ago. I sent Seattle stuff to my pen pal to someone back east and NEVER got a a goody box back. Very disappointed. Oh well...I hope she liked the Seahawk stuff she got....Go Hawks...... But i'd try it again, cause it would be fun....
