The Person In The Mirror

When I look in the mirror I see a beautiful curvy woman, but when people take photos of me I see an enormous whale... Has anyone else struggled with this?

Oh this is tough! I go through this a lot. Our minds eye is interesting. I think a helpful thing is photos. Take the before and after, well current photos and compare them. It's easier that way. Then I wonder do people see me the way I see myself in the photo?? Hmmm.

Oh yeah ! What made me realize how big I was when I would look at pictures of me with a person that was of averge weight. When you look at yourself in the mirror you really have nothing to compare yourself with but when you take a photo with someone who is average then you are like OMG I'm huge !!!!

I feel the same, it's just our perspective... The mirror has begun to love me.. Pics? Meh!
