  1. Thanks everyone. I feel good, still get tired easily, but nothing protein can't fix. Scary how much I can eat tho.
  2. One year and one hundred pounds gone
  3. I had my rny on August 8th, 2012... Starting weight 271, current weight, 178... I've been at a standstill since about March... I try so hard to get to my goal weight of 160, and I can't get below 178!! It's really frustrating. I know I have come along way, a really long way, but i still struggle with my appearance, when I look in the mirror, I still feel "fat" I don't feel like I'm any smaller. I know I am, but my brain doesn't recognize it, and I'm hard on myself. I went from a 22 pant, to size 11 and 2x shirt to a large. It feels fantastic! I just hope that I can continue to push forward and lose these last few pounds!
  4. Lol thanks! Don't mind the mess, my sons bedroom has the mirror lol
  5. I'm back! I remembered. My password! Life has been crazy busy, I'm 6 months post op, and went from 271 to 180. Kinda sad that I've been stuck for two months, but overall happy with my results!
  6. Completely normal that happened to me about 2 weeks post op, and lasted a week. My surgeon showed me the tool that was inserted thru that site and then I was more aware of why I was in so much pain. Lol take ur pain meds & feel better!
  7. I take protonix. And haven't had my gallbladder since I was 15 lol
  8. Ok, lately, no matter what I do, I've been feeling nauseous.... Anyone else dealing with this?
  9. I didn't eat the whole thing lol just a few pieces, kids devoured the rest.
  10. Of course u can eat it silly lol, it was good, and very easy to make
  11. I started at a size 20 currently I am a 12/13 goal is size 7!
  12. That would be awesome!
  13. So I am 3 months & 3 weeks post op! Glad to say I'm out of my slump and feeling fantastic! For the most part my energy is coming back, and I'm able to eat just about anything, and always make healthy choices. I started my journey in feb weighing in at 271, which was the heaviest I had ever been, on August 8th,2012 I had surgery and weighed 264, today I am glad to say that I weigh 194 pounds! Holy cow, even feels good to type it!
  14. I had to re-read the post, just to make sure I read it right! Lol
  15. Has anyone had two periods in one month since surgery?? This sucks! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
