1 Week After Surgery And I Stepped On The Scale...

I weighed myself the day I got home, but that was dumb because I had gained 11lbs from all of the saline they pumped into me. So going off my day of surgery weight (375 lbs) I lost 7 lbs. I now weigh 368! My first appointment with the surgeon in May I weighed 415 lbs. 47 lbs that I never want to see again!!!! Whoop whoop!

What were peoples average weekly weight loss after their surgery?

Alright good job. I haven't thought if it. Let me check.

I've lost a total of 30# in 30 days (17 days pre-op and 13-days post-op). I had lost 17 before surgery and the balance after (that is, after losing the fluid weight and then beginning to lose further). I have heard that it is realistic to lose a pound a day for the first 0 - 90 days. I'm hoping that works for me to day 90+. :-)
