In Atlanta For Business And Food Issues!

So I'm in Atlanta for business and I'm looking at the agenda and it's mostly "Breakfast, meeting, lunch, meeting, Dinner"

Everything is food, I don't know how I'm going to get away with it this trip! It's my first time traveling after surgery and I forgot how much eating at resturants there is!!!

Anyone have any suggestions on what to get at resturants so I don't look like a jerk at the end of the table not eating?

Oh gosh hope you make it thru all of this.

Five days after I had surgery a friend came for a visit and wanted to go out to eat. She knew what kind of surgery I just had too! So I went and guess what I had a big fat glass of ice Water : ). I was content with it. But it still was selfish on her part because my husband had showed her how much I could eat and he even showed her what I was allowed to eat when she just came ove.

I do think that people who are not educated as to how our eating habits have to change will never ever fully understand .
