  1. Wow way to go . I am jumping for joy over here! Amazing how different each of our journeys takes us. I'm down 26 in two weeks.
  2. Seems like they are always looking out for us : )
  3. So at my appointment today my doc gave me a laminated card. So if by chance I go out to eat and can not find something on the regular menu.. It stated that I have had surgery and am unable to eat full portions of food. It asks that they please allow me to eat from the children's menu, senior menu or be able to fix a smaller portion plate. The card has all of her contact info, the practice info and my info How WAY COOL is that : )
  4. Oh gosh hope you make it thru all of this. Five days after I had surgery a friend came for a visit and wanted to go out to eat. She knew what kind of surgery I just had too! So I went and guess what I had a big fat glass of ice Water : ). I was content with it. But it still was selfish on her part because my husband had showed her how much I could eat and he even showed her what I was allowed to eat when she just came ove. I do think that people who are not educated as to how our eating habits have to change will never ever fully understand .
  5. So a little over two weeks ago I had surgery. So as of today I have lost 26lbs!! Holy crow. It kinda doesn't feel like it. Nothing fits but this stinky inbetween stage has got me only being able to wear three skirts, tops that are to big( boobs are like gone) and as my husband says my people of WalMart yoga pants : ) But for all of this I am doing the happy dance!!

  17. My visit was just going over what surgery I was going to have and he asked if I knew what kind of diet I had to maintain for my life . Then he asked me if I had any worries. He then told me most women had problems with their breast size after the surgery. Had to laugh because that came out of a mans mouth hahahahaha
