Cyrstal Light

Anyone else get a stabbing pain in their stomach after drinking crystal light? I think I have narrowed it down to the crystal light... Trying just plain water today

I never expierened that with CL - could it be just the cold temperature ??? Can you switch to something else? I use Lipton and Wylers diet peach flavor = yummie. I can't drink just plain water so I always put a packett of diet flavor in my liquids?

Crystal light or Wylers lemonade give me an upset stomach. I just learned to stay away from the lemonade.

I got sick of it after the first 2 weeks... I drink a little motts for tots less sugar fruit punch. But mostly just water, when I can.

No crystal light since last night. I had the same pain today. Now wondering if I am waiting too long to eat. Had a protein shake at 6 then sharp pain started around 1030 then eating some chicken at 11... Just trying to figure out what this pain is... Feels like someone is stabbing me in my gut
