Oh ok.. Lolz...

I almost wish I had your problem. I am feeling full all the time and hardly eating anything (4 days post op) drinking water is making me full and a little sick to my stomach. I am getting maybe 25 ounces a day. I am tired of having the strong dark yellow urine thing going on.

Drak urine means you are not getting enough fluids you are dehydrated. It's hard but you must try to get more liquids in. Try sugar free Popsicle, more yucky Jello, chicken or beef broth I'm sure you know what to do. Just trying to give motivation.

My problem is not liquids but food I'm not hungry but must eat to get Protein in 2 oz at a time.

Hope it gets work out for you

We are all going though it some just handel it better then others. So far it's all been worth it

I went out and bought like 5 different flavors of crystal light individuals. In the last 30 minutes I have been able to drink 8oz of flavored Water. I think it's the plain water that was giving me trouble . Have no problem getting the grape crystal light down.

See you just need to find what works for you. Plan water just does not work for me

keep sipping

Yes as I found out dark urine for sure is dehydration and need more liquids.

I'm liking poweraide zero for the electrolytes
