I know that feeling! My G'pa took me out to eat to a Mexican Resturant and it was sooo hard but I had enchilada Soup and it was great! VERY PROUD OF YOU!!! B

Congrats!!!! If i can say anything when you get home is protein protein protein!!! I did 4 shakes a day starting day 2 and I felt amazing! It really does make a huge difference when your healing.

So I had my first weeks appt and the day of surgery I weighed 277 and I weighed 234 I week out!!!!! Doc said it was water weight as well as weight loss but hey I'll take that lol!!!! More than anything I feel amazing.....better than I have in 3 years! I'm so happy with my choice

Lol Miami no I am never able to quench my thirst....I drink and drink and drink but just doesn't seem like enough Has this ever happened to you?

Ok so I'm not the only one phew! I swear I drink water alllllll day and just feel like its never enough UGH I really hope this passes.....I'm not hungry just dying of thirst lol

3 days out from surgery and I'm doing good but the gas pain is a PAIN!!! I would love love love to slam a bottle of water! Lol I feel this was a great choice for me and I can't wait to see the results
