Welcome Jess and congrats on surgery tomorrow. Everyone loses weight differently and at their own pace so try not to worry about it so much and concentrate on what your doctor/bariatric center has taught you. They'll supply you with the info you need when you are released from the hospital and let you know what you can and can't eat until your next visit. The best thing is to concentrate on the healing aspect of the surgery and getting your fluids & proteins in.

Good luck tomorrow and let us know how you're doing :)
