So I downloaded this app. I'm pretty tech savvy however I can't figure out how to add people. Can someone help?

    there are two other threads on myfitnesspal. Try posting there and the instructions on how to add are also on there as well. Looking forward to seeing you on myfitnesspal.

    You have to have the email to the friend you want to invite. You go to

    Friends go to request and there should be a spot to type in your friends email. I hope that helps some.
