Anyone Taking Chewable Biotin?

I was recently reading that between 3 and 6 months post-op is the most crucial time for hair loss. The article says taking an extra Biotin supplement of 3 mg twice a day will help prevent hair loss. So off to GNC I went and they had a chewable Biotin? Is anyone taking this and did it help? I have really thin hair so was just wondering about it?

I use the time release capsules and open them up and pour them into my protein shakes. I couldn't find chewable ones.... I would suggest taking them and even if you don't need them... What can it hurt :-)

I take biotin but I put it under my tongue.

I take Biotin and it has helped a lot! I take 4,000 mcg daily!
