Try to burp or reflux medicine

Your not alone! I am 6 weeks post op and get hiccups frequently after eating. I haven't figured out a way to get rid of them tho, sorry! God luck.

I had them a lot early on. At 4 weeks I still get every few days.

thank you all!

Just got home and had my dad pat me on my back like a baby and it worked lol! ja! my 3rd nephew will be born this week, I guess they will have to burp both of us jajajaj.

I still hiccup every day, especially when I am full.

I had them for about a week after. Those and getting out of bed were the worst. I think u need to just ride them out. Hubby tried scaring me. Was more painful to jump in fear!

Good luck

I get them when I'm full also they say stress can cause them.

I had them my second day in the hospital. The nurse threatened to give me a shot in the butt and the hiccups stopped real quick after that! I still get hiccups occasionally though and just ride them out.
