7 Days tomorrow...cottage cheese and eggs!

We'll see how they go down. I get over full on a protein shake! Looking forward to texture!

Cottage cheese and bee pollen was so nice to be able to hold down!

Just try to take it slow, I know it's not easy when you are so ready to eat something solid but till you get the hang of how to eat at the proper rate and quantity it is really easy to make yourself miserable. Good Luck.

Based on the suggestion of a friend who had bypass, I boiled chicken broth tonight and dropped raw egg white in it. Poor mans egg drop soup. Went down great and the extra protein is awesome. First "food" close to real food in 13 days. Staying down and doing good so far.

Try mixing some flavored hummus into your cottage cheese, It tastes good.
