I've only met my surgeon once for 5 minutes... normal?

that was about 8 months ago. I am getting sleeved on sept 23rd. I have a pre op appt on sept 9th.

I have no idea what kind of diet I am supposed to do, questions about being a smoker, weight I need to lose... nothing..

is this normal????

What did your surgeon say?

I met the surgeon who is the head of the department at the info session. Then had many appointments with my dietician and classes to attend. Plus the psych stuff. Imet the surgeonwho preformed my surgery 10 days ahead of time, and saw him at 3 weeks post-op. NowI will see him every 3 months this year then yearly.

called and left a message, they didnt call back. I go in on monday. havent had a cigarette in 2 days.
