100 pounds in 7 months! (with pictures)

I can't believe how quickly my life has changed! Getting the sleeve was the best thing I have ever done for myself but I had to do my share too! I run 20 miles a week, do yoga twice a week and train with a trainer twice a week. I've also had to completely re-train my brain when it comes to food. This time I'm never going back! Congrats on your awesome success. I can only pray to do as well.

Wow congratulations those results are unreal! I started full liquid diet on January 12, had my sleeve on the 22nd. 287 lbs day I started liquids, 271lbs on surgery day. Today, I hit my first goal which was to get under 200lbs by Labor Day. I am 197 lbs yeah me! I can't wait to hit 100lbs, I can feel the joy you have today and I hope you have many more days like this as you hit all you goals/milestones! Keep it going!

Awesome and encouraging!

Amazing transformation!!

Great job! What's a normal day of food for you?

Teri

TARPHR - I usually eat around 800 calories a day. I follow the rules and eat high protein (about 3 ounces at a time always measured!) avoiding sugar and carbs. I try do drink alcohol only once a week. Also, I track everything I eat on My Fitness Pal. I'm TinaATL on there and my diary is public if you want to exactly what type of foods I eat. I still have a piece of dark chocolate almost every day but it's just one 42 calorie Dove dark promise instead of a king size Snickers like in the "old days".

Thanks Tina!!

Great job!
