I am used to really rich and tasty full bodied coffee. My surgeon has said no caffeine after surgery ever! I have to find a good full bodied coffee for life. Please help! Also please give suggestions for sugar free creamers that taste really good.

Community coffee is sold all over the place. Amazon is helping that out and Community has a website and I am sure that they ship outta Louisisana

FYI - that statement does not make scientific sense. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. The only studies I can think of that come anywhere similar to what you have said suggested that amongst elderly people high caffeine consumption (more than 16oz of coffee every day) can increase urine calcium loss. This can be counteracted by taking daily calcium supplements which are already recommended for older people, particularly women. You may not be aware that old age by itself increases risk of osteoperosis regardless of any other environmental factors. So if it's something you are that concerned about then moderation and taking a calcium supplement are all you really need.

since surgery i usually drink maxwell house international cafe decaf, sugar free, low cal. In French vanilla or mocha. I love it and it taste good. I drink it in a fancy tea cup and saucer the only problem is I have to reheat it half way because it takes me about 30 minutes to drink.

In the SF Bay Area, we have Peet's DECAF espresso and French, and Blue Bottle, sometimes water rinsed decaf, too. Check the net!
