I'm fixing to start testing the protein shakes and I don't want to waste my money on drinks that will go in the trash. What's your favorite protein shake/ beverage?

They are also at Sam's and IMHO the best ones out there. You get 30g of Protein with just one shake and the flavor is superior to many of them.

And, because they're not thick, I have no probs getting them in! Plus, it's like drinking chocolate milk - love!

I also drink premier protein. I love these shakes. To make sure I get all my vitamins I drink a celebrate shake every morning also. I make sure I get at least 70 grams of protein a day.

Premiere Protien Shakes from Costco. If you look at convenience and the amount of protein you get (30g) for the calories (160), I think they are the best bet.

Iso-100 from allstarhealth.com I found to be great. No carbs only 100 calories and 25 grams of protein.
