After surgery can a person have chia seeds. I usually have them in a tea' date=' they are so very good for u high omga-3[/quote']

Yes I have chia seeds often

So glad to see this, I'm scheduled for surgery on the 28th and although I've cut down to one cup in the AM I was really worried about no coffee after surgery....ever. I am trying to substitute tea but it's just not the same. I know I can stick to no coffee in the beginning but long term I really don't think I could.

Since the original topic was Vitamins and coffee for Breakfast, I gotta say ... vitamins are put to use best by the body when taken with food.
