Had surgery last Monday and I feel absolutely great

Had surgery exactly one week ago and I feel fantastic!!! I actually feel normal. If it wasn't that my job was a bit demanding and unpredictable, I'd be back now. Got sick of protein drinks around Saturday but pushed thru. I'm now on mushy food and my wife has gotten very creative. From artichoke hummus to egg salad with mayo and sour cream to ground up chili.........It's gotten easier each day and I can't wait to get on the scale on Aug 1!!!!!

Thank you for sharing the positive story!

Awesome, huh? Love to hear great recovery stories.. Very encouraging for others :D

I was the same way. I felt great about 2 days out with very little soreness. I was weak and needed a nap for about the first week to make it through the day. Other than that I was good to go.
