You look great!

Wow! Congratulations on this incredible milestone. You go, girl! You look great, and I bet you feel even better. I can't wait to join the century club myself...

Congratulations on your success!!!! Any words of wisdom for someone in the early stages? I was sleeved June 27th. Highest weight 382. Day of surgery 353. Currently 345...only 8lbs since surgery...and slightly discouraged that the scale is not moving faster. :-(

It seems like its been taking forever.. to me I still feel like the 293.6 lb girl.. I still dont have that much confidence in myself. Like I hate the lose skin on my belly n thighs. I know im gonna have to have another surgery to get rid of it. But the dr said I cant till im 18months post op j at a steady weight..

To be honest dont weigh urself yet.. the scale can play tricks with ur mind. I didnt weigh myself for a good 2-3 months after surgery.. n now im addicted to weighing myself. N at times I get annoyed cause the scales not movin the way I want to. Lol..

Awesome job! My starting weight was 302 and I will be ecstatic to reach this milestone. Just wandering how strict you were on eating? Low fat, low carb? How often did you exercise?

Honestly in the beginning I did the gym everyday fir the first 4months then I stopped due to work. But now im nit working again n havent been back to the gym... I did low fat n low carb. I only eat bread or Pasta or rice once in a blue moon.. but otherwise I wasnt strict.. I ate alot of meats(fish chicken)

Wow! Your weight loss is awesome!! I was sleeved Dec 5 and have only lost a little over 60 pounds so far. (And I'm happy with that. I only said only because comparing to you) you should be so proud of yourself for he amount of weight you've lost in such a short time! Congrats and don't be so hard on yourself.
