How do you compare vomiting with the sleeve vs the band?

i was banded 3 1/2 yrs ago. I frequently vomited (about 3-6x a week) causing my slip last year. It got to be so routine that I'd just bed over and up would come the food. No pain involved at all, just bend over and out comes the food.

But thats because my band was blocking the way. Now that I will have a sleeve (next week, eeek!), how will it compare (if I accidently vomit, I'm hoping not to at all, but I am a true vomiter, even before my band).

If I do vomit, will it be the violent vomit like before my band or just food like with the band?

Threw up breakfeast this morning. Real vomitting not burping up food. Not painful. Must have eaten too fast. Big learning curve for me.
