Band Doc In Israel

Hi. My daughter is spending the year in Israel (until June) and is experiencing what could be band-related problems.

I remember reading here that someone (or more than 1 person) was banded in Israel (Tel Aviv?)

Can someone please recommend a band doc for my daughter?
