Travelling Alone to Tijuana

It's possible that I may need to travel to Tijuana alone for my sleeve surgery. Should safety be a concern and do I need someone there after surgery to help me? Thanks!

Are you going to be going to Mexico for surgery? :)

Did you have the sleeve there ?

I went there alone on June 22, it was a great experience and I would so do it again alone.
