Travelling Alone to Tijuana

It's possible that I may need to travel to Tijuana alone for my sleeve surgery. Should safety be a concern and do I need someone there after surgery to help me? Thanks!

Safety shouldn't be an issue, you may need someone to help you though after surgery. The nurses here are really great though so if you have to come by yourself you will be well taken care of!
