  1. I smoked up until the night before my surgery. I was supposed to quit one month prior but I just couldn't. I haven't had a cigarette since and it feels amazing!!! You can do it...willpower!
  2. This is too funny because pre-sleeve I was always hot and now I'm always freezing. Last night I slept with my slippers on my feet and my jacket on! I was in Target last week and couldn't even go near the refrigerated aisle...way too cold!
  3. I was sleeved on 7/4 by Dr Garcia. I highly recommend him and his team. The best decision I've ever made in my entire life!!

  8. Print out the insurance companies requirements and show it to him. That's what I did when my Dr was being stupid about the necessary paperwork.
  9. Between my husband and I we had 2 iPhones and an iPad. The Marriott gave us three envelopes w/wi-fi passwords. We never paid anything and when the code expired (24 hr limit) they gave us three new codes.
  10. I had surgery with Dr Garcia but I went through Ready4AChange. Maybe you might have better luck going that route?
  11. Nope, never. There's a safe in the room at the Marriott also. I left my iPhones and iPads in the room, no problem. Even at the hospital..
  12. Yep! I saw the tube in my anesthesiologists hand before I knocked out lol
  13. My staples were taken out on Saturday and it didn't hurt. The drain was the worst part lol
  14. I wouldn't be concerned about coming here alone!
  15. No clue what other airport you could use, San Diego is the closest.
  16. $4700 of your BMI is below 50 otherwise it's $5200
  17. I'm in lucky 13! Come visit me when you are up to it! How much longer for you? These stockings suck by the way!!!!
