The doctors in Mexico are very well trained & actually have been the procedure there longer than doctors in the US.

And remember you can claim it on taxes next year, so hopefully recoup some of the cost. (Sorry I can't give you the tax info, it's on another thread. Something like 7.5% over gross income?)

I just had surgery last Wednesday (7/24) & was back to work on Monday. Granted I did half day on Monday, but was back at full day on Tuesday & Today. But I think I'm definitley not the norm.

Alarm is set for 3am to catch a flight out in the morning. I'm doing a same day, Dr. Garcia. I don't know why I don't feel more nervous.

I started yesterday too. So hungry today. And man, I drank so much, which equaled I peed so much :-)

I've seen people posting about Skype/face timing/Netflix. Is there free Wifi at Florance hospital and/or Marriott hotel? I'm going solo in less than 2 weeks & wondering about communicating home.

I'm going to be at Florance hospital from July 24-26, then staying the one night at the Marriott.

I'm going alone on the 24th. Hopefully I'll meet some peeps when I'm there. My hubby is really stressing about me going alone.
