  2. I was the same way to until I started taking liquid Geritol. Terrible taste but made me feel better.
  3. Good news sweetnell I dont have a group that I know of. Lol!! I am computer literate,however if you are wanting computer programs such as slides or something like that, that isn't me. One thing I do know is that spring creek bbq lets you book the conference room for free and the bbq and veggies are good for people who do low carbs. We just have To ignore the deserts.
  4. Sweetnell, I am not sure how we get a group started. Send Alex Belcher message and I am sure he can walk u through and give tips. I am happy to help you with what ever needed.

  13. I'm 2 months out and still struggle with getting all my liquids in. Just do your best and any concerns call your doctor.

  16. I'm an open book, I really do not care who knows or judges me, because I did it for no one but me and health and well being.
  17. So wish I would known this sooner. I'm 6 weeks out and I was soooo nauseous about a week ago that even looking at food made me sick. Thank u for the pointers, I sure will remember it if it happens again.
  18. I also had Dr. Lopez and him and his team were awesome, best thing I ever did. Anything question or concerns they are always so happy to help.
