I was sleeved in Tijuana everything was awesome the whole experience. So I made it home last night after a long flight and when I got home I ate some broth. I barely had much of the broth then I felt like I had to go throw up, but I didn't but close. Well now I just tried to eat some cream of wheat made with Water instead of milk. I felt the Same way, but did nothing. I know the cream of wheat was a mistake, because it was not watery enough. Maybe my body is tired from the flight, I know I'm super sore today any advise? Thanks

I read that another vsg sleever had had same issues and they put Vicks ointment on their legs and I would wrap it loosely with a towel so not to get it on the sheets. It's worth a try

You will be fine, last year I was 315 on a southwest flight and I fit fine without a seat belt extender. Just relax, I was scared to, but once I was on there I was ok.
