My system is slow. It took several hours before it started working for me. But never fear! It will start and work very effectively. Lynda

So I took my mag/cit about an hour ago. Followed the directions on the bottle ("drink with 8oz. of water")...how long till I get the desired result? I'm worried that my system is moving too slowly, since there's been absolutely no "action" from the magnesium citrate yet. Should I be concerned, since my surgery is tomorrow morning? Or am I jumping the gun? I'm pre-op-nervous and a bit neurotic, I admit!
