Some of the challenges are part of the groups that are for bandsters who had surgery during the same month. For example, I'm taking part in a St. Patty's Day challenge as part of the September bandsters group.

Me too! I want to be a part of an exercise challenge where we motivate each other to do some form of exercise every day and check in with each other.

Audree, you can join in on the exercise challenge over in the exercise forum. There is a posting called "exercise today" that is where you challenge yourself and record how much activity you have had. Good luck.

If you see a challenge you would like to participate in, make a post to that thread stating you would like to join. Everyone here is very accepting and has the attitude "the more, the merrier". I think some groups have challenges within their own group, but for the most part, everyone is welcome to join any of the challenges.

Good-luck!
