  • I was finally able to add mine, but it wouldn't come up using a first name. I had to type his last name first...

Thank you -- I tried that but every time I do it, I click "save changes" and his name just vanishes from the entry box. It never sticks.

Me too! I've tried three times. How do we notify a tech person???
Can you please let me know each of your surgeon's names please ?

Also' date=' are you using a desktop, tablet or mobile device ?

We plan on changing around the way data is entered. Your feedback is appreciated![/quote']

My doctor is. Dr. Alexander Abkin from NJ

Hi Alex,

My surgeon is Dr. Keary Robert Williams, this is his profile here:

http://www.verticals...obert-williams/

Thank you!

I am using a Windows desktop running XP Pro.

When you are trying to select your surgeon, what, exactly if you don't mind, are you doing? Step by step. Are you completely typing the surgeons name? Does your browser auto complete his name? Do you click on his name once our system delivers it as a suggestion?

I go http://www.verticals...ns&area=surgeon and type in my surgeon's name. Nothing ever autofills and I am not given any suggestions. I can see that something is trying to happen because each time I type, I get a green rectangle with three white boxes flashing at the top of the screen, but other than that, nothing. When I type in his name, I click save, the page refreshes and his name is gone.

I wish I could screencap the green rectangle for you, but it is animated and I can't get it.

I tried turning my adblocker and pop-up blocker off to see if this changed things, but it didn't.

Hope this helps.

ETA: I fixed it! I switched from using Firefox to IE to do this and it worked (as you can see). I hardly ever use IE but apparently it plays more nicely with this feature than my beloved Firefox does.
