  1. I had sugery September 25th 2013. I am 5'8" and weighed 193 day of surgery. As of this morning (almost 5 months post op) I weighed in at 135. My goal is about 125. As for sagging skin, because I'm somewhat tall, I don't really have any in my belly, unless I'm sitting hunched over. I find that I have some sagging skin at the top of my thighs though. I'm sure it would be better if I exercised more lol. But overall, I'm extactic about the outcome and don't regret anything. Wishing you all the best of luck.

  4. living in Arizona I'm a die hard "I love Mexican food eater" and since being sleeved September 25, it's hard to get my spicy food to sit comfortably and not hurt. I'm hoping it gets better with time.

  11. Hello and Welcome. You've definately come to the right place. I've gained so much knowledge here, and so many have helped without even realizing it. You're going to do great! Keep me updated on your surgery, I'm excited for you.
  12. I notice I hurt more now too. Even just laying in bed, I can feel my rib cage (yes that's a good thing lol) but now laying on the bones they tend to hurt now. I think just before they had extra cushion.
  13. Absolutely Beautiful! You've done such a great job, you deserve to feel amazing. Thanks for sharing.

  15. Not sure if it's common, but I've noticed this as well. I'm 3 months post op and I still notice it. There's been days I've had to have my hubby eat across the room from me lol.

  17. I've had my weight go up as well, it was frustrating at first but when I look at the big picture (say what I lose in a month rather than a week) it's always good regardless of any weight gain. Hang in there because in the long run, you're still going in the right direction.
  18. That happened to me as well. Started around week 3. Seemed intense at first but now it seems to be just somedays and not all the time. Thank goodness!

  24. Great results - thanks for sharing and Happy Thanksgiving as well.
  25. I just saw the apple chips on pinterest. Going to have to try it. Only 2 months out but taking colace daily (when I remember) just to have some sort of regularness going. Would rather have the apple chips.
  26. Needed this after this week of work. Laughed and still laughing. Thanks for that!
  27. Also sleeved on the 25th. How is everyone doing?
