Is there any other protein besides shakes in phase 2?

Im having a lot of trouble getting in my proteins during phase 2. I still cant eat so im on complete liquids, however, the thickness of the protein shakes and or powder does not allow me to drink in a timely manner. I can take in water and thinner liquids a lot easier. Do those protein shots work and count for protein?? ANy other suggestions??? I only got 10 g of protein in yesterday. :(

Unjury makes a chicken broth protein powder. I haven't tried it yet (mine is still in the mail) but have heard great things from a friend of mine. She said she lived on it after her surgery. All the reviews on the site were good too.

I have a Unjury Soup every other day.....It really beats all the sweet shakes!

The Unjury chicken soup powder is not only DELISH, but is relatively thin. Should be great for you!

how can i get it, im being resleeved aug 1st?

I went to their site & ordered. I don't think you can buy it in stores?

UNJURY also makes a pre-made drink that is thin like water. Has fruit favors like fruit punch, mango, grape, etc. really good. I hat think protein shakes too. Cost about $5 at GNC and have 40 grams of protein.

BariWise makes really good hot chocolate! It tastes better than some of the regular ones I think :)

I use Isopure low carb protein powder. It isn't as sweet as some of the others, and not as thick. Plus it's 25g protein and only 6 ounces of liquid. So its less to drink than most. I think it tastes better than the others I tried too.

Unjury's website is where I bought mine - shipping was quick! When you're ready for something a little thicker, add a scoop to your "cream of _____" Soups. Delish and a nice change!

Premier Protein ready made shakes are thin and easier to get down than the thick shakes. They come in Choc and Vanilla and you can buy them at Cotsco and SAMs.
