I feel like I'll never reach my goal
You couldn't have said it better. The fact that I'm not losing is making me fall into bad habits again and just losing hope in myself. I've been overweight ever since I was a child so yes the compliments on the weight loss is nice, however, I'm not nearly where I want or need to be. Wearing a size 6/8 has never been in the picture for me and even with the weight I've loss this far, I can't see me getting any smaller, especially after this stall. It's extremely frustrating. I don't know wht to do. Standing weight right now is betwwn 238 and 240

Need help almost 7months
I've been at a stall for a long while now. Approx 2 in a half months. I'm trying to get back into the flow of things as far as eating more calories and taking in more protein. If both these things are increased is it more likely I will start to lose again? I'm just scared that what I've lost will be all that I will lose after the sleeve since I'm at that point where the losing weight is suppose to "level off". I need help with what to do and change. Any suggestions ?

Stalled forever, should I start over?
I haven't lost any weight in about a month so I'm wondering to give this stall a little kickstart should I just go back to liquid protein for a little bit? This is only my second month out and I haven't lost weight since the first 3 weeks.

No change in weight for 15 days at 3 months out
In all honesty I'm almost 2 months out and I haven't lost since my first 3 weeks basically. So meaning I've been in a stall for a month lol. It is frustrating to be in a stall so long especially at the beginning because I think it just reminds us of all the times we have failed. No I don't need to loose 100 lbs in 3 months but at least 15 over the next month

Need to increase calorie intake?!
Small rant warning Ugh I've been stalled and im assuming I need to increase my calorie intake because I know it's too low even though I don't fell hungry throughout the day. I don't want my body to stay in starvation mode which is why I feel like in not losing weight. It's hard to increase my calories. Any suggestions for good foods that will help me increase my calorie intake to keep thos weight moving?

Do ppl not lose at all?
I've been stuck in the same 10 lb range and I thought I broke my pleateau when I lost the 4 lbs but I feel like im stuck again. Im already exercising. Is there any way ppl don't lose at all or even half the weight? Maybe I'm just an extremely slow loser but its nerve wrecking too. Any suggestions of what to do?

Does anyone ever fail completely ?
I haven't lost weight in almost 3 weeks. I'm barely 4 in a half weeks out and I'm getting afraid that what I lost will be all that ill loose. It's hard to see the future of something finally working when you've tried over and over . Is there any time where ppl just don't lose at all? I'm not eating terrible either and just started at the gym.

Am I not suppose to eat fruit?
I'm a month out and have been at a stall for maybe about 1 in a half weeks. So far I had lost 40lbs but recently gained back 2lbs. I've had some cantaloupe in the past couple days and are we not suppose to eat fruit yet?? Also , to get out my stall in assuming exercise is key right? I wasn't worried about my stall until I gained the 2 lbs.

Need suggestions. First grocery trip
Hello I'm a month out and I've never shopped for food yet. I've had chicken and fish and haven't tried any other meats. What kinds of things should I be buying? Including fruits and veggies and what foods would also help move my Bowels along, they are at a stand still.

Too much too soon?
Hi I'm a month out and for the past week I've been able to eat an entire chicken leg. Lol I know this night sound silly but is that too soon to be able to handle that in one sitting? It's a relatively small leg not huge
